This project and the insights you’ll explore throughout this course are a direct result of La Trobe University Industry-Honours Project. Working with their supervisors from La Trobe and Industry Partners at OPC Health, this project team have produced a suite of evidence‑informed resources, including;

🔹 A comprehensive literature review on RRD effectiveness
🔹 An evidence note on early mobilisation after transtibial amputation
🔹 Clinical practice guidelines to support consistent RRD application
🔹 Patient‑friendly infographics and education materials
🔹 A research protocol to guide future honours projects in this space

This project demonstrates exactly what the Industry Honours Stream was designed to achieve: meaningful partnerships, authentic problem‑solving, and outcomes that contribute directly to better care and better patient experiences.
